    Further tests before surgery found that it was a retractable testicle which is more of a muscle problem and should fix itself, so Colin has been released from hospital with no surgery needed! Thank you Jesus! And thanks everyone for your prayers!

    Keith & Karen's grandson, Colin, has been taken to the hospital as his one testicle went up into his abdominal cavity, which is called a twisted testicle, or in medical terms, a Testicular Torsion. They are doing an emergency surgery on him tonight. Please lift him and the family up in prayer. Thanks!

  • Prayer Request for Embry, Wednesday update

    Still battling nausea and anxiety; still no voluntary movement in his legs yet. Pulmonary team is going to take over for the PICU drs as of today and work on getting him stronger, and weaning vent settings now so he can go to inpatient rehab soon. We have a long way yet to go, but are hopeful and still praying for a miracle.

    Please continue with prayers for Embry. Most recent update...Embry is still having a really hard time with nausea. Nothing is helping and he has been miserable. Praying they will try something else, bc the Phenergan and Zofran aren't doing anything. He doesn't want to watch TV or a movie or do anything.

    Ken is a neighbor that we have know since we moved to Jackson Ave. He found out yesterday that he has seven blockages in his heart and will need open heart surgery.
    I told his wife I would put him on our church’s prayer list. Pray that I have an opportunity to be assured of his faith in Jesus. Pray for his wife, Esther, and the son Ryan. Thanks! Sam Yeakle

    A friend that I have made on the mission field at Cambridge GC has a blockage in his heart. He is going to be schedule for a heart Cath and has called me to ask for prayer.
