    Please pray for 18-year-old Gracie, Ashley's niece. She has been in ICU for 9 days. She has the flu, with her having sever scoliosis, it makes it more difficult for her lungs to clear. Strength for family needed also.

  • Prayer Request for Pastor Bruce Applegate

    I have an urgent prayer request for a friend of mine, Pastor Bruce Applegate of Mt Pleasant Church of God, who was admitted to Midtown this afternoon. Bruce has two very severe blockages and was diagnosed with coronary disease. He is scheduled for open heart surgery tomorrow morning at 8 o'clock Saturday morning. Please pray.

  • Prayer Request for Dimples Yeakle

    Having gone to the Dr. yesterday, we found that it is the plan to balance the meds a bit, treat a sore throat that has had two rounds of antibiotics but is still not gone, and schedule a stress test to investigate the cause of intermittent left arm and jaw pain. An EKG was taken and there was no problem seen while at rest. Good to know our church family prays for her even though she is not able to fellowship as she would like. Thank you to those who have sent her cards and calls. Your voicemail could be a great encouragement to anyone in this situation.

    Ellie started with a fever yesterday and this morning has rose to almost 105. We are taking her in today but would appreciate prayer that this flu or whatever it is will not spread to our home. Ellie has also had a seizure in the past from a fever rising quickly so please pray against this as well.

    David and Lori Rittenbery's daughter-in-law and family need prayers for strength and healing. The family has all been down with flu symptoms and Tessa has been trying hard to take care of everyone.
